New! A terrific value skin contact orange wine made with organically grown Gruner Veltliner (and a tiny bit of Roter Veltliner) planted on soils of gravel, clay and chalk. The wine spent three days on the skins in order to gently extract color and phenols. The wine features a bright orange color with spicy, peach and apricot notes on the nose. The palate is soft with a bit of tannin from the skins and a nice, animated and fresh finish. The liter bottles make a great value. Spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, and vegan friendly.
