With vineyards extending for 45 hectares on the hills of Langhe and Monferrato, Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy is a landmark of piedmontese winemaking, with roots tracing back to the XVIII century.
This lightly sparkling Moscato is from the "La Serra in Cassine" estate. The grapes are bunch pressed, cold settled in stainless steel tanks, then held at a low temperature until it is time to bottle. The aromatics are intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of peach and sage. On the palate the wine is harmonious, with acidity perfectly matched to its delicate sweetness.
An ideal wine to be drunk together with pastries, cakes and fresh fruit.
