Guided by a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices, vineyard management is focused on sustainability. The soils in each vineyard vary, ranging from sandy to loamy to pebbly textures. Grenache and Mourvedre are the main varietals showcased in their exceptional wines. Embracing a natural winemaking approach, spontaneous fermentation takes place exclusively, using neutral barrels and avoiding fining and filtration. Only minimal sulfur additions are made, respecting the integrity of the wines. The annual production of approximately 500-800 cases ensures a small-scale, artisanal approach to winemaking.
