This Grüner Veltliner is not only certified organic and biodynamic but also showcases the meticulous attention to detail in its production. Sourced from two prestigious terraced vineyards, both around 25-30 years old, this wine is made exclusively from whole clusters and fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts. The wine remains on its fine lees until bottling, with only a single racking. A small addition of 20ppm SO2 is made in January, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, ensuring its pure expression and integrity.
