Ca' Del Bosco Cuv Prestige

Ca' del Bosco is a renowned Italian winery, particularly known for its high-quality Franciacorta sparkling wine. It's located in the Franciacorta region of Lombardy, Italy. The winery is celebrated for its innovative approach to winemaking and commitment to excellence, producing some of the finest sparkling wines in the world. 

Only the best of the estate's Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes to into this bottling. Each was vinified separately and then skillfully blended with reserves (20%) of the finest vintages which were held back. This is a fresh, dense sparkling wine with lots of cooked-apple, fresh-lemon and mineral character. Full body, lots of fruit and a delicious finish. This was disgorged in the summer of 2014. A blend of mostly chardonnay with some pinot noir and pinot bianco.
